"Wow! I am completely amazed. We are a third day removed from the end of our intensive, and the change is REAL! The first evening when we were done we went for a hike and my husband told me, “I feel more comfortable with you. I don’t feel inferior.” What a telling statement! In 20 years of marriage, my husband has never told me that he didn’t feel good enough around me, but he did push me away and withhold love and criticize. I never understood his behavior and neither did he. He realized he has a core belief of not feeling good enough that he was able to begin to let it go. The result is he can feel good in my presence. Transformed Hearts offers a variety of outpatient intensive programs for individuals, couples and families. All intensive programs are for Individuals (Men, Women, & Teens) or Couples (Dating, Engaged, Married, Separated or even Divorced) Please keep in mind these programs MUST be scheduled in advance and your start date will be contingent upon therapist availability. The deposit can be paid now and your program reserved; however, the actual dates will need to be confirmed with our office staff.
SILVER 3-DAY
$2,500 DEPOSIT
PLUS $2,500 Due upon Day 1 of Intensiteve
The Silver Intensive Program includes 3 days of therapeutic counseling. This intensive program provides practical tools to help individuals or couples recover from sexual addiction, intimacy anorexia, and/or an offended heart.
This program includes 9-15 hours of therapeutic counseling sessions as well as structured homework and educational DVDs. Participants will also be encouraged to attend support groups at our office. Follow up is available through telephone counseling.
This program is generally scheduled Monday through Wednesday.
GOLD 5-DAY
$4,000 DEPOSIT
PLUS $4,000 Due Upon Day 1 of Intensive
The Gold Intensive Program includes 5 days of therapeutic counseling. This intensive program provides practical tools to help individuals or couples recover from sexual addiction, intimacy anorexia, and/or an offended heart.
This program includes 19-22 hours of therapeutic counseling sessions as well as structured homework and educational videos. Participants will also be encouraged to attend support groups by phone. Follow up is available through telephone counseling.
This program is recommended for those who may have tried other treatment centers and have not been successful at recovery. Also, it may be beneficial for those who have a psychological component or are struggling with denial.
This program is scheduled Monday through Friday.
PLATINUM 10-DAY
$7,125 DEPOSIT
PLUS $7,125 Due Upon Day 1 of Intensive
The Platinum Intensive Program includes 10 days of therapeutic counseling. This intensive program provides practical tools to help individuals or couples recover from sexual addiction, intimacy anorexia, and/or an offended heart.
This program includes 34-37 hours of therapeutic counseling sessions as well as structured homework and educational videos. Participants will also be encouraged to attend support groups by phone. Follow up is available through telephone counseling.
This program is recommended for those who have been in recovery for years or for those who are just starting recovery but want to invest in building a strong foundation quickly to find relief from their current crisis. This program may also include Splankna techniques to work through trauma, abuse, neglect, agreements, vows, core beliefs, and your life calling.
This program is scheduled Monday through Friday for two consecutive weeks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will I receive this outpatient intensive program in the mail?
A: No. All outpatient intensive programs scheduled via the Transformed Hearts Training Institute website is 100% virtual and digital. You will access the content via the Transformed Hearts Training Institute portal/website in addition to the Zoom video therapy sessions with a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Q: What happens after I purchase an Outpatient Intensive Program?
A: After submitting your deposit, you will receive a call or email from our staff to schedule your upcoming Outpatient Intensive Program. The day prior to your schedule intensive, you will receive an email containing your username and password. You will then be able to access the online portal. From then on, your therapist will guide you through the homework and where to access the handouts, books and video resources.
Q: Can I download the course?
A: No, however, the course is available to stream online during the duration of your outpatient intensive program from any device anywhere in the world with internet access.
Q: How is the Online Outpatient Intensive Program different different from an Onsite Outpatient Intensive Program?
A: The onsite Outpatient Intensive Program is physically located at our Denver office. The online Outpatient Intensive Program is virtual only. This helps reduce airfare and lodging costs for our clients. Both options use the same curriculum , but the Online Outpatient Intensive Program has more content—specifically all the audio, digital and video content. The online course offers unique videos, tools, and downloads that help individuals walk through the course.
Q: Are my credit/debit card details secure?
A: Yes, they are 100% secure. All payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Q: Is there a payment plan option?
A: Currently, we do not offer payment plans for our Outpatient Intensive Programs. We require the deposit (half the cost) upfront when scheduling your Outpatient Intensive Program. The remainder is due at the time you meet with the therapist. You may place a deposit and schedule an Outpatient Intensive Program up to 2 months in advance.
Q: Can I get access to the course all at once or only in pieces?
A: You will instantly receive access to the entire Outpatient Intensive Program the first day of your scheduled intensive.

Schedule Agreement

All Silver 3-Day Intensives are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the week.

All Gold 5-Day Intensives are scheduled Monday through Friday.

All Platinum 10-Day Intensives are scheduled Monday through Friday for 2 (two) consecutive weeks.

All intensives begin on a Monday; and typically, we do not offer mid-week intensives.

All onsite intensives are held at our Denver Office, located at 5290 E Yale Circle, Ste 105.
- All virtual intensives are held via Zoom videoconferencing and via the Transformed Hearts Training Institute web portal.

Once your registration and payment are processed, you will receive an email within 2-4 business days that will include a receipt for your non-refundable deposit as well as an Intensive Confirmation Packet. This packet will include a welcome letter, your personalized schedule, intensive policies, additional services we provide (polygraphs for onsite intensives only), team biographies, hotel and travel information as well as some frequently asked questions. Please read this packet in its entirety.

In addition, you will receive an email reminder a few days prior to your scheduled intensive.
Financial Agreement
- The fee for all Silver 3-Day Intensives is $5,000. The non-refundable deposit is $2,500.
- The fee for all Gold 5-Day Intensives is $8,000. The non-refundable deposit is $4,000.
- The fee for all Platinum 10-Day Intensives is $14,250. The non-refundable deposit is $7,125.
- The price is the same whether it is an individual or couple’s intensive. We encourage those considering an individual intensive to bring their partner along with them.
- The non-refundable deposit is due upon scheduling your appointment online. If you do not wish to pay online, you must contact our office at (719) 590-1350 to provide billing information within 24 hours (or the next business day if scheduling on Saturday or Sunday) to secure your requested intensive dates. Otherwise, the selected dates will no longer be reserved for you.
- The remaining intensive fees are due upon arrival at our Denver office or the first day of your scheduled intensive.
Cancellation Agreement
- Notification of intensives scheduled but not attended (cancellations) must be made in writing (via letter or email) within 2 (two) weeks PRIOR to your scheduled intensive.
- However, if you cancel an intensive, you will also forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
